In order to protect your Hungarian Down comforter we suggest to use a down comforter cover or as many call it a duvet cover. A comforter cover is basically two pieces of fabric sewn together with an opening at one end through which your down comforter can be inserted and enclosed inside. It can be used with a top sheet or without.

A few tips on choosing your down comforter cover:

1. Make sure that you select a size that will fit your new comforter...it can be quite annoying when the comforter will not fit into it.

2. Choose a duvet cover which matches the rest of your bedroom decor. We do not recommend to select a white down comforter cover since beds are frequently used as a place to put items on, and so it is possible for dirt or grit to be transferred onto the bed covering this way.
